Community forum: ‘Refugee Welcome Zone – Are we ready?’
The forum will be held on Thursday 25 August, 9am–2pm, in the Town Hall. It is a Council initiative, supported by RAR, and is open to local service providers and members of the community. The purpose is to discuss how we as a community could support refugees who settle in Castlemaine in future, focusing especially on healthcare, education, employment and housing. There is no cost to attend and lunch will be provided.
