RAR Conference 2024 Communities Shaping Change

Rural Australians for Refugees are working to create communities shaping change through fostering inclusion and support for refugees and their rights.

The RAR 2024 Conference will bring together refugee activists and supporters, especially from regional Australia, for inspiration and to share experiences. We will learn from each other about our shared values and collective action.

The conference will amplify our voices, and promote justice and safety for asylum-seekers and refugees.

The RAR Conference is held every two years – this year from the evening of Friday October 11 through to Sunday October 13, at Kyneton in Victoria’s Macedon Ranges.

The Friday evening opening event is in the historic Kyneton Town Hall, with Behrouz Boochani as the feature speaker.
